If your dog is a "Cool Vest™ Star," send us a favorite picture of
your dog wearing his/her Cool Vest™ with yours and your dog’s
comments. (you have to ask your doggy how he/she likes the Cool
Vest™ : ) )
We'll post it here with your dog's name, owner's first name and the
comments. GDI staff will select "the Best Star" each month starting
May, ending September 2006. “The Best Star” will receive $20 gift
certificate so that the Star could go to his/her favorite pet shop
and buy new treats or toys.
Rules are:
-- Photos must show your dog wearing a Cool Vest™ and be submitted
in .jpg format, less than 500kb.
-- The comments should not contain any explicit languages.
-- You(owner) have to be 21 years old or older.
-- The contest is open to residents of the North America only
(including overseas territory of USA).
-- Please!! DO NOT HARM your dog to take pictures for this submission.
-- We only accept pet's photos. You could be in the photo, but if it
shows any violence and/or nudity, we will reserve rights to report
appropriate authorities.
-- "The Best Star" selections will take place on a monthly basis and
the owners of "Best Star" will be notified by e-mail and telephone.
Selection decisions are final.
-- And you must agree followings:
On behalf of yourself and the pet(s) in the photograph(s) submitted
in the "Cool Vest™ Star" contest by you, without further
compensation, you grant to Gramercy Distribution, Inc.(GDI) the right
to use your name, city, state, and your pet's name, and the exclusive
right to use, publish, and copyright photograph(s) or likeness(es) of
your pet and/or you, and any statements by you regarding your pet and/
or GDI's products, edited or unedited by GDI for any purpose it may
desire, including advertising in all media and publicity in
connection with any one or more of its products. You certify that you
are the exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in your
pet, your pet's image and likeness, the photograph or video and any
goodwill associated therewith. You hereby agree that there shall be
no liability to GDI by virtue of any distortion, alteration, optical
illusion, or use in composite form that may occur to be produced in
the development or transposition of the published photographs or in
the published photographs themselves.
